Emily Seo (aka Emily Satoko Seo) is a native of Vancouver who now lives in Richmond, BC. Seo earned a PhD in Chemistry from the University of British Columbia and worked as an associate editor of two scientific journals. In her debut novel for young readers, The Science of Boys, she brings her passion for science together with that for storytelling.
