Janice Poon is a graphic designer, painter, sculptor and writer living in Toronto, Ontario. She has co-authored a couple of cookbooks, one of which she also designed and illustrated. Her work as a food stylist for the NBC show Hannibal led to the publication of her book Feeding Hannibal: A Connoisseur’s Cookbook (Titan Books) in 2016.
