Undergraduate and Graduate Students
During registration week, all full and part-time students are issued a OneCard; this is your library card. For undergraduate students, loan periods depend on individual items, but generally books may be borrowed for 3 weeks, with 4 renewals. Only 2 reserve items and 3 periodicals/maps may be borrowed at the same time. For graduate students, loan periods depend on items borrowed; most books may be borrowed for 120 days, with 4 renewals. 4 reserve items and 6 periodicals/maps may be borrowed at the same time.
Chang School of Continuing Education Students
Continuing Education, Distance Education and other Chang School students have two options for getting a Library card:
- Get a free library card at the Circulation Desk in the Library by showing a paid fee statement or letter of acceptance; or
- Get a free OneCard by applying online via the OneCard website.
