Library Surveys

At TMU Libraries, we are constantly striving to meet the needs of our community. Conducting timely surveys is one assessment method that we use to gather feedback on user satisfaction levels, changing needs and preferences, assess service quality, and identify areas for improvement. 

Survey results allow us to make informed decisions about resources, collections, services and spaces. By conducting regular surveys, we are also able to measure our performance over time to guide Library strategic planning and demonstrate impact and accountability to our stakeholders.
