- Go to the Autodesk Fusion 360 Education website:
- Click on the “Get started” button.
- Choose the “Educational role” that applies to you.
- Fill in your personal information, including your name, school email address, and a strong password. Please note that Fusion 360 is not a TMU-managed service and you will need to consent to Autodesk’s privacy policy.
- Click on “Create Account.”
- Verify your email address by clicking on the link in the confirmation email sent to you by Autodesk.
- Log in to your new Autodesk account.
- Verify your educational status by providing proof of your affiliation with an academic institution. You can take a photo of your TMU OneCard and upload it as a proof of affiliation.
- Once verified (typically in 20-30 minutes), you will be granted educational access to Fusion 360.
You can stop here and go to the online Fusion 360 website or download Fusion 360 on your device
- To download Fusion 360, click on the “Products” tab in your Autodesk account and select “Fusion 360.”
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install Fusion 360 on your computer.
- To access the educational resources, tutorials, and forums available through the Education Community, log in to your Autodesk account and navigate to the Education Community page.
