Step 1: Configure Bambu Slicer

Our staff have prepared a checklist for Bambu 3D print users here at the Lab. Use it before you slice your files (it will save you time, we promise!)

Step 2: Upload your 3D print .3mf or .step file

Once your workshop trainer gives you the all-clear, upload your sliced file to our upload form. They’ll then use use this file to prepare your print

Step 3: Print

Your workshop facilitator will review the files with you and send them to the printer on your behalf.

Step 4: Await Certification

Next, we’ll print your file. Lateer, you’ll receive an email from us when we’ve added you to the approved 3D printer users list. In the meantime, you may be interested in applying for our TMU Libraries 3D Printing Skills Badge, which you can showcase on your LinkedIn profile.
