Freezing Uploads to RShare August 14
The Libraries’ Institutional Repository platform is migrating from RShare to Scholaris, a national, shared repository service for Canadian academic institutions.
To enable the transfer of our digital content to the new platform, we are placing a hold on new submissions, starting on August 14, 2026. We will resume accepting new submissions once we have completed the migration, which is currently scheduled for early October 2026. Please direct any questions to rshare.library@torontomu.ca.
This change does not affect research data deposits in TMU Dataverse, which is a part of Borealis, a national, shared data repository service for Canadian academic institutions. Scholaris and Borealis are complementary platforms. Please direct any questions about research data deposits to nmulvaney@torontomu.ca
While new submissions are temporarily on hold during this migration, RShare remains fully open for discovery. All existing articles, papers, and publications can still be searched, browsed, read, and downloaded throughout the entire transition process.
