ArcGIS Drone2Map Software

Do you need access to software to process imagery captured by drones? TMU Libraries supports access to ESRI’s ArcGIS Drone2Map software which is part of our Esri educational site license. Access to the Esri suite of software is available to students, staff and faculty for academic use. 

To access ArcGIS Drone2Map software in the GMDC labs or for installation on personal computers, follow the steps below:

Step 1Prior to using or downloading ArcGIS Drone2Map, you need to have Microsoft MFA enabled
  • Visit https://my.torontomu.ca
  • Login – Go to Personal account
  • Go to Microsoft MFA. Ensure MFA is enabled
  • If it is not enabled, please set it up and follow the prompts

Step 2 – Click HERE to create an ArcGIS Online account.  You will be prompted to use your torontomu credentials to create your account (you must use your @torontomu.ca email).

Step 3 – In order to access ArcGIS Drone2Map software, please use THIS form in order submit a software request.

Step 4 –  Once your request is authorized, log in to ArcGIS Online, go to your name on the top-right and go to “My Settings” | Licenses | Download ArcGIS Drone2Map

Step 5 – Once you have installed and launched ArcGIS Drone2Map, login with your @torontomu credentials to begin using the software.
