Kenneth Tam was born in St John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. During his teenage years, he lived in Lethbridge, Alberta. He earned both a B.A. and M.A. (2008) in history from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. His graduate thesis is entitled: The Caribou Hut: Newfoundlanders, Servicemen, and the St. John’s Home Front During the Second World War<\/span>. Tam is one of the founding partners of Iceberg Publishing. He writes science fiction and alternate history.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
