Sukhdev Kaur Dhade was born in the Punjab, India.\u00a0 She earned a Bachelor of Science degree and taught in England before emigrating to Canada in 1970.\u00a0 In 1998 she published a series of books for children to help develop mathematical skills featuring the Boy with the Red Coat.\u00a0 Later she introduced the Robin with a Red Hat, issued originally under the name Sukhdev Kaur Dosanjh.\u00a0 More recently she has published poetry and a memoir.\u00a0 In addition to being a proud mother, Dhade has worked as a real estate broker in Brampton, Ontario.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
