In Canada, she earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa and a JD from from the University of Windsor. Yang lives in Ontario. She is a member of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canthius.com\/\">Canthius Feminism &amp; Literary Arts <\/a>collective.
